Our position
The Shakedown respects copyright. We use product images and short quotations for identification, review, and commentary. If you own material on this site and believe it is used without authorization, send a notice and we will remove or disable access to it promptly.
Filing a notice
Send written notice to our designated agent attheshakedowntech@gmail.com, or by post to TODO_LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME,TODO_STREET_ADDRESS, TODO_CITY, TODO_STATE TODO_ZIP, United States. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) your notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
- The URL and description of the material you want removed, specific enough for us to find it.
- Your address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Note: knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address including your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, your contact information, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the US, the district where we are located).
Repeat infringers
We terminate access for repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
